to be honest i am sure SC series won't stop, thats the Sports Coupe that gave Lexus a start with the amazing SC400..
I don't know what autoblog are going on about, but the Lexus dealer (I spoke to a Japanese guy that works in UK and Japan) and plus the internet say a late 2009 SC460 will be release with the engine from a LS460, and a more powerful version will be released the following year, with the Supercharged version of the Lexus IS-F's 5.0L engine (SC500).
I havent heard about it stopping

are you sure they will be making a SC460 or SC500? it seems from autoblog dot come that they were going to stop making the convertible hardtop 2 seater all together. I hope you're right

indeed no more SC430, because SC460 and 2010 SC500 will continue with a more powerful heart

sorry but there is absolutely no way in hell that an IS250 will beat the current M3 or even the 2003 - 2007 M3. With 204hp and 180 pounds of torque vs M3's 333hp, you've got to be dreaming. in fact i'm driving an IS250 while my IS350 is getting serviced, and the IS250 is soooooooo slow. Believe me i love lexus and can not wait to get an IS-F, but you cannot realistically say an IS250 would beat any M3 from 2003 onwards.

a nice attempt at copying the m3
but still nothing like the original just wanna be like the c63 and rs4 but this isnt even as good as the 63!
