One more thing. I would have loved to see Leon Haslam do well in the World Championship a few years back, but he didn't. He is now racing in British Superbikes, which is nice, but it is no MotoGP challange.

Of course I have. Neither Scott nor Jeremy have won a Premier class GP. I'm not talking about 125cc or 250cc here. I'm only concerned with the 500cc to MotoGP classes during the regular season.

i agree r500gp, but i still think there's hope lol
do you race at all, and what bike do you have?
I want to start in the honda rs 125 championship next year, but finances may not allow for that. at least I have my zxr 400 L7. She's a sweet running sun of a gun!

Whoa there boy. A Brit has not won a GP race since Barry Sheene won in Sweden in ...1981!, let alone a championship. That was Sheene way back in 1977, and I remember it well. he was my hero, as was Ron Haslam. Don't get me wrong, I would LOVE to see JT win a MotoGP Championship, or at least a GP. But he has a lot to prove if he is going to ever do that.
